Last July I bought a 2009 Toyota Venza with all the bells and whistles on it. However the next day I notices that it was missing one of those bells, so I returned to the dealership to complain. During the next 2 weeks they tried to find a replacement vehicle but were unable to find one. Next they tried to add the missing bell to my car, but that proved to be impossible. To my amazement Jim Phelps (GSM), refunded all my money, as he promised. I was so impressed, that I was determined to stick with them to get the car of my dreams, and not go to another dealer. The Blizzard Pearl Venza was so hard to find that I waited 5 months for the car to be special ordered from the factory. I finally got my car December 15th with all the bells and whistles. It's a beauty and I love it. To say that I was blown away by this dealership, Jim and Dale, is putting it mildly. Dale sold me the car and he is by far the nicest guy with a great personality. He treated me like I was his own mother. He spent hours teaching me all the complicated tech gadgets, GPS, bluetooth, satellite radio etc. He even gave me his personal phone number to call with any questions I might have. Believe me, I have used that number on several occasions. Talk about going the extra mile! The day I picked up the car, Dale came to my house to program my garage door opener into the car. Then he got on a ladder in my garage, to hang a tennis ball from the ceiling so I would know just how far to pull in so I wouldn't bash in the front end and could safely open the hatchback. Now how is that for service? I can't say enough good things about Gosch Toyota. Dale and Jim are changing the image of the "Dreaded Car Dealer". Thanks guys!
